Buffet Catering/Locally Produced Beers & Wines

Listed below is a sample of menu selections with a range of prices per head. Speciality menu's can be arranged to your specific requirements.

Our Waitress(s) will arrive at a pre-aranged time to set up and lay out the buffet. This usually takes place whilst family and friends are attending the funeral.

For an additonal fee a waitress service can be provided to serve beverages for the oncoming arrival of the funeral cortage, to keep family and friends replenished throughout. After the buffet has finished, all buffet plates etc., will be cleared away and all rufuse taken. Prices are based on an hourly rate - see below.

LOCALLY PRODCUED BEERS, WINES & CHAMPAGNE

Should you wish to have a selection of locally produced Sussex Beer, Wine or Champagne at your funeral wake/reception, we can arrange this for you on a sale or return basis.

Sussex and its surrounding counties have a wealth of great quality local produce and until now it has not been easy to get hold of these unless you either visit the brewery or some selected farm shops.

Our sourced supplier can provide over 30 different beers ranging from Organic Lagers to Dark Stouts including a superb variety of speciallity wines and Champagne. Your order will be delivered personally by us - no couriers or third parties to deal with.
